3.1. Once the User has paid for the product(s), the Company starts processing the order. If the User needs to edit the order details, the User shall contact the Company within 24 hours from the payment. After that period, it might not be possible to edit the order, or the Company may charge a certain fee (upon Company’s discretion).
3.2. Shipping cost and estimated shipping time are indicated on the check-out page and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion.
3.3. Company’s products are intended for professional use, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to all orders.
3.4. Company warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (“Warranty”) for 12 months from the shipment date (delivery to the carrier) of products (“Warranty Period”), on the condition that the products have been completely paid for. Unless otherwise mandated by law, the Warranty Period does not restart if the User receives a replacement product.
3.5. The Warranty does not apply (a) to damage caused to products by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, improper installation, (b) to damage caused by operating products outside the permitted or intended uses described by the Company, (c) to damage caused by equipment where products are inserted (e.g., vehicles), (d) to damage caused to products by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not authorized by the Company, (e) to any of products that have been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of the Company, (f) to cosmetic damage to products, including but not limited scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, (g) if products are not working properly due to poor or no GPS or GPRS connection or electricity supply, (g) where manufacturer’s serial numbers have been removed from products.
